The first two items of the setup menu allow the parameters of the indexing head
and stepper motor to be viewed and modified.
Selecting the third menu item will reset all parameters to their default values.
This is useful because when data items are changed througout the menuing system, their values
are stored in non-volatile memory so that the same values remain when the system is powered up again.
Resetting the "factory defaults" essentially wipes the slate clean and restores the system to a known state.
